Job summary

Aurora Valley Care Skilled Nursing & Rehab, a Caldera Care facility, seeks a dedicated full-time CNA for NOC shifts in Spokane Valley, WA. You will assist residents with daily living activities, monitor changes in condition, and document all cares to ensure safe, high-quality care for residents.

The role requires a current CNA certification and OBRA registry, First Aid and CPR certifications, and strong interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Must hold current CNA certification and OBRA registry.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and compassionate patient care.
• Strong problem-solving and adaptability in a fast-paced setting.
• Knowledge of patient care policies and regulations.
• First aid and CPR certifications.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Monitor and report changes in residents' condition.
• Document care provided before end of shift.
• Ensure cleanliness of resident care areas.
• Provide transport assistance as needed.
• Collaborate with team to ensure quality of care.
• Report staff/resident issues to supervisor.

Pay Range: $24-$26 DOE

Shifts: NOC

FULL TIME ONLY

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist assigned residents with activities of daily living (transferring, hygiene, dressing, toileting, eating, mobility, etc.)
• Monitor and report any changes in condition with assigned residents
• Document all cares completed with and for residents before end of shift (fluid/food intake, BM/Bladder activity, transfers, etc.)
• Ensure cleanliness of all resident and resident care areas
• Provide transport assistance as needed
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure quality of care
• Report to direct supervisor any staff/resident issues/concerns as necessary

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Qualifications and Skills:

• Current CNA certification and active OBRA registry
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• fast and adaptive problem-solving abilities
• In-depth understanding of patient care policies and regulations
• First aid and CPR certifications
