Qualifications

• Current CNA certification and OBRA registry active.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Fast and adaptive problem-solving abilities.
• In-depth understanding of patient care policies and regulations.
• First aid and CPR certifications.

Responsibilities

• Assist assigned residents with activities of daily living (transferring, hygiene, dressing, toileting, eating, mobility, etc.).
• Monitor and report any changes in condition with assigned residents.
• Document all cares completed with and for residents before end of shift (fluid/food intake, BM/Bladder activity, transfers, etc.).
• Ensure cleanliness of all resident and resident care areas.
• Provide transport assistance as needed.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure quality of care.
• Report to direct supervisor any staff/resident issues/concerns as necessary.
