As a Caregiver with Touchmark, you will enrich lives every day by ensuring residents in our assisted living and memory care neighborhoods receive the highest level of dignity and care. Your responsibilities in this role include:

1. Assist residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, hygiene, dressing, mobility, and toileting.
2. Build relationships with residents and their families.

The ideal candidate will:

• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Be willing to obtain CPR/First Aid Certification.
• Have a genuine interest in caring for elderly residents and working in a geriatric environment.
• Provide assistance and emotional support to residents using the Best Friend’s Approach to dementia care.
• Willing to continue learning and improving skills, with a commitment to confidentiality.
• Maintain patient and tactful composure when dealing with residents, families, staff, and visitors.
