Job summary

The Masonic Homes of California is seeking a Registered Nurse to plan, organize, implement, direct and evaluate direct nursing care for residents and patients in long-term care settings. You will coordinate care to meet needs per physician orders and federal/state regulations, including medication administration, MDS, and initial assessments.

Key responsibilities include supervising and delegating nursing tasks to staff, ensuring documentation accuracy, and maintaining a patient-centered care

Qualifications

• Six months of RN clinical experience in acute care or SNF.
• Current California RN license to practice.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, implement, direct and evaluate direct nursing care for residents and patients.
• Coordinate care delivery to meet resident and patient needs as per physician orders and regulations.
• Prepare, deliver and document medications/treatments; participate in MDS and initial assessments.
• Supervise and delegate nursing staff to ensure quality care.
