Job summary

CiminoCare, Inc. is seeking a compassionate NOC Shift Caregiver for overnight duties serving seniors in a serene environment. You will monitor residents, provide nightly care, and respond to calls while maintaining safety and dignity.

We offer a 4/2 rotation (4 days on, 2 days off), full-time hours, and a benefits package including health, dental, vision, 401(k) and PTO. Prior caregiving experience is preferred, and applicable certifications must be kept current.

Qualifications

• Strong observational and communication skills are required.
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable demeanor is essential.
• Organizational skills—maintain order and efficiency in performing duties.
• Ability to think and decide per policies and licensing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Know the location and disposition of all residents under direct care.
• Monitor residents at night to ensure safety and comfort.
• Assist with nighttime personal care including toileting, hygiene and repositioning.
• Respond promptly to call lights, alarms, or client requests.
• In emergencies, assist residents per the facility Emergency Plan.
• Administer medications as authorized per care plans (if applicable).
• Observe and document changes in client condition or behavior.
• Provide emotional support and reassurance during overnight hours.
• Maintain a cooperative and cheerful attitude with residents.
• Perform light housekeeping related to client care.
• Prepare light snacks or fluids as needed.
• Follow care plans, safety protocols and infection control procedures.
• Communicate with day staff about overnight events or concerns.
• Follow written work and service schedules.
• Attend staff meetings and in-service training.
• Read, follow and sign care plans and updates during each shift.
