Job summary

CiminoCare, Inc. is seeking a NOC Shift Caregiver / Cook at Sunshine Assisted Living in Paradise, CA. This role combines night-time caregiving with breakfast preparation to support residents and the overnight team.

You will follow care plans, assist with daily living, monitor safety, and communicate with daytime staff to ensure smooth transitions. Prior caregiving or cooking experience is preferred; flexibility for overnight hours is essential.

Qualifications

• Previous caregiving and/or cooking experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and stay organized during overnight hours.
• Strong attention to safety, cleanliness, and resident comfort.
• Willingness to follow care plans and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate caregiving and assistance to residents throughout the night.
• Assist with daily living activities while promoting dignity and independence.
• Support residents with mobility and comfort in a safe manner.
• Observe and report changes in residents’ condition to wellness team promptly.
• Follow care plans, safety guidelines, and company policies.
• Monitor residents’ safety and respond calmly to overnight needs or emergencies.
• Prepare food during downtime and assist with breakfast preparation.
• Communicate clearly with daytime team for smooth transitions.
