Madison Pointe Senior Living is seeking a Full Time NOC Shift Caregiver to join our team of dedicated professionals who want to make a difference in the lives of our residents, their families and our community.

The Caregiver supports residents with activities of daily living including personal hygiene, socialization, cognition, and physical health. Encourages resident independence, supports resident choice and preserves resident dignity through professional conduct and interactions.

Qualifications

• Direct care experience preferred.
• CPR certification preferred.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Met age requirements according to facility policy and state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Encourage resident independence and preserve dignity through professional conduct.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident and staff information.
• Participate in designated facility in-services and help new staff learn tasks.
