Job summary

You will lead day-to-day technical execution across incidents, requests, and recurring issues while coordinating with NOC L1/L2, fulfillment, observability, and engineering teams to improve service reliability and operability.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in IT Networking, Network Operations, or related fields.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical or business-technology field.
• Certifications: CCNP Enterprise or equivalent, Palo Alto NSP, ITIL Foundation.
• Previous leadership experience preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of regulatory and legal compliance obligations.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day technical execution for incidents, requests, and escalations.
• Coordinate with NOC L1/L2, fulfillment, and engineering teams for service restoration.
• Develop operational readiness, queue health, and escalation quality.
• Provide technical leadership for shift execution and incident response.
• Create presentations and narratives for technical teams and leadership.
• Partner with engineering and security teams to reduce alert noise and improve monitoring.
