Koniag IT Systems, LLC is seeking an ITSM Knowledge Manager to govern the knowledge management lifecycle within ServiceNow for a government customer in Washington, DC. You will work with NOC teams to capture, validate, and publish knowledge artifacts that reduce MTTR and improve incident resolution.

The role emphasizes governance, content quality, and collaboration with problem management to produce timelier, accurate knowledge resources for Tier 1–3 staff. A Public Trust may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in IT/knowledge management.
• 3+ years in IT knowledge management, ITSM admin, or NOC operations.
• 2+ years administering ServiceNow knowledge management.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end knowledge management lifecycle in ServiceNow.
• Collaborate with NOC teams to document operational knowledge and runbooks.
• Establish policies and templates for consistent knowledge content.
