Job summary

MV Advancements is seeking an Independent Living Direct Support Professional (DSP) in McMinnville, OR for a Noc Shift position. The DSP will support adults with disabilities to live independently, with tasks including grocery shopping, bill payment, and advocacy at medical appointments.

Starting pay is $21.00 per hour with a 15% shift differential for hours 7:00 PM–6:00 AM and weekends. The total hourly rate can reach $24.15 with the differential.

Qualifications

• A caring, service-minded approach to support others.
• 18+ years old.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centered support to adults with disabilities to live independently.
• Assist with daily tasks such as grocery shopping and paying bills.
• Advocate at medical appointments and support daily living activities.
• Assist with toileting and showering as needed.
