Responsibilities

• Monitor and record vital signs (BP, temp, pulse).
• Provide emotional support and companionship.
• Assist with mobility and prescribed therapy exercises.
• Maintain clean, safe environment and adhere to infection control.
• Document care and report changes to the nursing team.
