Job summary

MBK Senior Living is seeking a Caregiver to provide high-quality personal care and support for residents, including ADLs, mealtime assistance, and mobility support. You will work within ISP guidelines to ensure dignity, privacy, and safety in daily routines.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, and state-appropriate First Aid/CPR certification; Nursing Assistant certification preferred. Training on-site may be provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Current First Aid, CPR, and Medication Management certifications (if required by state).
• Food Handler’s Card preferred; training provided if needed.
• Nurses Aid Certification preferred unless state requires otherwise.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living including bathing, dressing, hygiene, and mobility.
• Support residents with meals, transport, and participation in wellness programs.
• Record and report changes in resident condition following ISP guidelines.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness in resident rooms and common areas.
