Job summary

MBK Senior Living in Riverside, CA is seeking a dedicated Caregiver to support residents with activities of daily living, meals, and mobility while ensuring dignity and safety per ISP and policies.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year caregiving experience, a high school diploma or GED, and CPR/First Aid certification. Certifications for Medication Management and Nurses Aid are preferred. The role offers competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• First Aid, CPR, and Medication Management certifications required (as applicable).
• Nurses Aid Certification preferred unless state requires otherwise.
• 1+ year caregiving experience preferred; on-the-job training available for right attitude.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to resident needs while maintaining independence, dignity, and safety.
• Start of shift: review ISP and shift reporting; acknowledge updates.
• Assist residents with ADLs (bathing, dressing, hygiene, meals) and mobility.
• Provide safe transport and transfers, using proper techniques.
• Monitor resident condition and report changes per policy.
• Complete housekeeping and laundry tasks as assigned; ensure a clean environment.
• Follow MBK policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
