Job summary

Diamond Willow and Keystone Bluffs Assisted Living in Duluth, MN is seeking compassionate CNAs, RCAs, or PCAs for full-time or part-time night shifts (10:00pm - 6:00am) to provide person-centered care and support to our seniors.

Responsibilities include following care plans, performing delegated nursing tasks, documenting accurately, and coordinating with RNs/LPNs to ensure residents' well-being. 18+ and CNA licensure eligibility required; prior experience not necessary.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required.
• Must thrive in a teamwork setting.
• All applicants must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Providing personal care and following residents' care plans.
• Performing delegated nursing and medical care as designed by the RN to maintain residents' well-being.
• Accurately documenting information.
• Communicating with RNs and LPNs regarding residents.
