Job summary

Keystone Bluffs in Duluth, MN is seeking compassionate CNA, RA or PCA. You will provide personal care and follow each resident's care plan, while maintaining their physical and emotional well‑being. Training and support are provided to help you succeed.

We offer full‑time or part‑time roles with scheduling on block shifts, and wage differentials for evening and night shifts. Benefits include PTO, health, dental, vision, supplemental insurance and CNA reimbursement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Previous experience is not required.
• Must thrive in a teamwork setting.
• All applicants must be 18 years of age or older, with exception for under 18 if CNA license.

Responsibilities

• Providing personal care and follow the residents care plan.
• Performing delegated nursing and medical care designed by the RN to maintain the residents' physical and emotional well-being.
• Accurately documenting information.
• Communicating with RNs and LPNs regarding relevant information pertaining the residents.
• Following HIPAA guidelines.
