Job summary

Four Seasons Resort Lanai is seeking a Cook III with a passion for excellence to join our culinary team on Lanai. The role emphasizes guest experiences, teamwork, and adherence to Golden Rule service in a luxury setting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and plate menu items per established recipes and standards.
• Work up to three stations within the assigned department.
• Assist with mise en place, station setup, and daily prep.
• Follow proper food handling, storage, and rotation procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Communicate effectively with Cook I, Cook II, and kitchen leadership.
• Support team efforts and uphold Four Seasons quality and service standards.
• Train and support Cook IVs as needed.
• Demonstrate a professional attitude and commitment to growth.

COOK III

The Four Seasons Resort Lāna'i is looking for a Cook III who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. Our teams have the opportunity to shape our guest experience by providing exceptional knowledge of the Resort and exemplifying the Golden Rule in each interaction. Work authorization required.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Prepare and plate menu items per established recipes and standards

WHAT TO BRING

• Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in United States


• Required by the Hawaii State Department of Health to obtain a Tuberculous (TB) clearance card


• Prior culinary experience is required for this position, and employees will need a basic culinary tool kit (e.g. tongs, whisk, spatula, knifes, etc.)


• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and push/pull as needed during shifts


• Weekend and Holiday availability required.
