Trucking Group UTAH is recruiting for a CDL-A Dedicated Retail Driver out of Moberly, MO. The role features 100% no-touch freight, guaranteed home-time options, and a $1,400 weekly average across a regional grocery distribution network serving Missouri, Illinois, Iowa, and Kansas.

You will operate reefer trailers with minimal unloading, and you’ll have opportunities for weekend/holiday time off. The schedule supports home daily or home weekly routes with night-shift dispatch windows.

Qualifications

• Open to drivers with all experience levels, including entry trainees (120+ hours CDL school).
• 6 months of OTR experience within the last 12 months.
• 12 months of verifiable CDL-A experience in the last 5 years.
• Mandatory dual-panel pre-employment toxicology clearance (hair follicle and urine).

• Pull in a steady $1,400 weekly average, backed by an experience-tiered mileage scale ranging from $0.49 to $0.61 CPM.


• Maximize your weekly take-home with stackable pay extras: an added +$0.03 CPM weekend differential (Friday 1700 to Monday 0400), stop pay ($10 for the first stop, $15 per stop thereafter), and monthly performance bonuses. Averaging ~2,100 miles per week.

2. Lanes, Freight & Operations

• Regional round-trip grocery distribution originating out of Moberly, MO, servicing store hubs across Missouri, Illinois, Iowa, and Kansas.


• 100% No-Touch Freight: Hauling temperature-controlled reefer trailers with zero manual unloading—store personnel handle every unload. Features a smooth mix of preloads, drop-and-hooks, live loads, and live unloads.


• Hiring Area: Must live within a 50-mile radius of key Midwest hubs like Columbia, St. Joseph, Des Moines, Quincy, or Burlington.

3. Schedule & Home Flexibility

4. Qualifications & Toxicology Screening
