First Watch is hiring a Busser to support our daytime dining team in Tennessee. The role focuses on clean, well-set tables within 3 minutes and collaborating with Hosts and Servers to ensure smooth seating flows throughout our breakfast, brunch and lunch service.

You’ll help with light housekeeping, roll silverware, and restroom cleanliness to maintain a welcoming dining area. The position emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and a cheerful, customer-focused attitude.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Clean and re-set tables in under 3 minutes.
• Communicate with Hosts and Servers when tables are available for seating.
• Perform light housekeeping, rolling silverware, restroom cleanliness, etc.
