Job summary

Permian Plastics LLC is seeking motivated, dependable individuals to join our manufacturing team as Machine Operators in O'Fallon, Missouri. No manufacturing experience is required; we provide the training, and you bring the effort, attitude, and commitment to doing things the right way.

As a Machine Operator, you will help manufacture, inspect, and package plastic products for our customers. You will operate production equipment, inspect for quality, follow procedures, and maintain a safe

Qualifications

No previous manufacturing experience required.
Ability to understand written and verbal instructions.
Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work safely.

Responsibilities

Operate and monitor production equipment following training and work instructions.
Inspect products to ensure quality requirements are met.
Follow procedures for sorting, trimming, assembling, labeling, and packaging.
Identify and report defects, equipment concerns, and unsafe conditions.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation.
Communicate with Supervisor and teammates to keep lines running smoothly.
Learn new tasks and perform them correctly and independently.
