Qualifications

• No prior manufacturing experience required
• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions
• Willingness to learn new tasks and consistently follow established procedures
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately and maintain attention to detail
• Ability to work independently after completing training
• Ability to communicate concerns and ask for help when needed

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor assigned production equipment following training and work instructions
• Inspect products to ensure they meet customer quality requirements
• Follow documented procedures for sorting, trimming, assembling, labeling, and packaging products
• Recognize and report product defects, equipment concerns, and unsafe conditions
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation
• Communicate with your Supervisor and coworkers to keep production running smoothly
• Learn new tasks and demonstrate your ability to perform them correctly and independently
