Propak is seeking an Entry Level Forklift Operator - General Warehouse Laborer in Buckeye, AZ. The role combines safe sit-down forklift operation with manual pallet inspection to support production flow. On-site training is provided, and no prior forklift experience is required.

Key responsibilities include moving pallets, sorting by type and condition, and maintaining accurate inventory records, with a strong emphasis on safety and efficiency in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• No prior forklift experience required; on-site training and certification.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to lift 70–100 lbs throughout the day.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Must pass PLA forklift certification.

Responsibilities

• Operate a sit-down forklift to move, organize, and load/unload pallets safely.
• Perform manual sortation of pallets by criteria such as color, manufacturer, and damage levels.
• Conduct daily safety inspections of the forklift and manage refueling or charging as needed.
• Verify and complete load documentation; maintain inventory and quality records.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area and meet production rate targets.
