Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to lift 70–100 lbs throughout the day.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate a sit-down forklift to move and organize pallets safely.
• Conduct manual sortation of pallets by color, manufacturer, and damage.
• Perform daily safety inspections of the forklift and refueling/charging as needed.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure clean, organized work areas.
• Meet production rate targets while following safety policies.
