PLA is seeking an Entry Level Forklift Operator - General Warehouse Laborer in Casa Grande, AZ. The role focuses on safe forklift operation and manual pallet inspection to support production flow. On-site training and certification are provided, with a path for certified progression at the facility.

You will handle pallet movement, sorting by type and condition, and keep inventory accurate in a fast-paced warehouse setting. The position offers full benefits, weekly pay, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• No prior forklift experience required; on-site training and certification provided.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to lift 70–100 lbs throughout the day.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate a sit-down forklift to move, organize, and load/unload pallets.
• Perform manual sortation of pallets by hand based on color, manufacturer, and damage levels.
• Conduct daily safety inspections of the forklift and manage refueling or charging.
• Verify and document load information for inventory and quality tracking.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area and meet production rates.
