Compass Group USA is hiring immediately for full-time COOK positions at Pinnacle Tower, 5005 LBJ Freeway, Dallas, TX 75244. Schedule: Monday–Thursday 6:00 am–2:30 pm, Friday 6:00 am–1:30 pm. No experience is necessary; training provided. Pay range is $16.00–$18.00 per hour. Internal Employee Referral Bonus available.

Summary: Prepares food according to standards and regulations, ensuring quality service at all times.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training provided.

Responsabilités

• Prepares high-quality food items according to recipes and schedules.
• Serves meals or prepares for delivery with correct portions and temperatures.
• Keeps records from area worked during service periods.
• Cleans kitchen and stores/discards excess food per safety procedures.
• Keeps refrigerators and storerooms clean and stocked.
• Operates and maintains kitchen equipment.
• Assists in production planning, record keeping and reporting.
• Assists in ordering and receiving food and supplies.
• Reports maintenance or accidents to supervisor.
• Attends safety meetings.
• Maintains good relationships with coworkers and customers.
• Performs duties safely and maintains a clean environment.
• Abides by company policies including glove use and proper PPE.
