• Able to work required shifts at Harmon House Health & Rehab Center.
• Knowledge of nursing and medical practices, laws, regulations, and guidelines related to long-term care.
• Ability to provide routine daily nursing care and services based on resident assessments and care plans.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily nursing care as per resident care plans.
• Report changes to the Nurse or designated charge person immediately.
• Assist residents with personal care and maintain their dignity.
