Job summary

Summersville Healthcare Center is seeking caring individuals to start a career as Certified Nursing Assistants. We provide CNA training, and upon successful completion you will be hired as a full-time CNA. Multiple shifts available to fit your schedule, with pay up to $15.50 per hour.

Applicants should be high school graduates or GED holders and commit to maintaining a clean, respectful environment while supporting residents' needs and activities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Participate in and receive resident reports at start/end of shift.
• Maintain a clean and pleasant environment for residents.
• Attend trainings and orientation programs to improve care.
• Follow established policies and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist in basic nursing care procedures for residents.
• Create a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
• Attend and participate in scheduled training and orientation programs.
• Assist in preparing residents for activities within and outside the center.
• Ensure resident food service needs are met in a timely and compassionate manner.
