Job summary

Skilled Wound Care in Tampa, FL is seeking a Plastic Surgeon to join as a wound care physician, leading initiatives in skilled nursing facilities across the area. This no-call role offers a true Monday–Friday schedule with options for full-time or part-time work and a steady, per-patient income.

You will perform surgical debridement and wound management, with clinical autonomy and a focus on achieving patient outcomes. Training in wound care is provided, and there is no practice overhead.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited institution is required.
• Unrestricted state medical license or eligibility to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Perform surgical debridement and bedside procedures.
• Evaluate and treat chronic, non-healing and complex wounds.
• Collaborate with skilled nursing facilities in post-acute settings.
