Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited institution.
• Unrestricted medical license in the state of practice (or eligibility).
• DEA license: eligibility to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Perform surgical debridement and bedside procedures.
• Evaluate and treat chronic, non-healing wounds.
• Collaborate with SNFs and post-acute care teams.
• Follow patients through healing and document outcomes.
