Job summary

Skilled Wound Care in Los Angeles, CA is seeking physicians of all specialties to work as wound care physicians and lead wound care initiatives in skilled nursing facilities. This role offers a true Monday–Friday schedule with no call, and opportunities for part-time flexibility alongside current practices.

We provide comprehensive wound care training, with hands-on procedures and full clinical autonomy, enabling direct patient outcomes and meaningful healing in the community.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited institution.
• Unrestricted/clear medical license in the state of practice (or eligibility).
• DEA license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Open background: wound care experience not required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Surgical and sharp debridement and other bedside procedures.
• Evaluation and treatment of chronic, non-healing and complex wounds.
• Advanced dressings and specialized wound protocols.
• Collaborative care in skilled nursing facilities and post-acute settings, following patients through healing.
