Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited institution.
• Unrestricted/clear medical license in the state of practice (or eligibility to obtain one).
• DEA license or eligibility to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Provide Internal Medicine care with focus on wound care in SNFs and post-acute settings.
• Perform bedside procedures and wound care management as trained.
• Collaborate with nursing facilities to monitor patient healing and outcomes.
• Follow patients through healing and coordinate care with the broader team.
