Skilled Wound Care in Orlando, FL is seeking an Internal Medicine Physician to lead wound care initiatives in skilled nursing facilities across the area. Your medical expertise will guide patient care and drive healing outcomes.

This no-call, Monday–Friday role offers high earning potential with per-patient and per-procedure pay, plus quarterly bonuses, while providing full training in wound care. Enjoy a flexible schedule and meaningful patient impact.

Qualifications

• Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
• Unrestricted medical license in the state of practice (or eligibility).
• DEA license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Open background; all backgrounds welcomed; wound care training provided.

Responsibilities

• Perform surgical debridement and other bedside procedures.
• Evaluate and treat chronic, non-healing and complex wounds.
• Manage underlying conditions that affect wound healing.
• Use advanced dressings and follow specialized wound protocols.
• Collaborate in skilled nursing facilities and post-acute settings, tracking healing progress.
