Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited institution.
• Unrestricted/clear medical license in the state of practice (or eligibility to obtain one).
• DEA license or eligibility to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Lead wound care initiatives in skilled nursing facilities across the area.
• Operate in a no-call, Monday–Friday surgeon role with predictable days.
• Perform surgical debridement and bedside procedures as part of daily practice.
• Provide clinical autonomy and direct patient outcomes based on surgical expertise.
