Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a senior NNPI Control Officer to build and enforce the NNPI Protection Program across our Maritime line. This high-authority role requires deep regulatory knowledge and the ability to drive compliant security plans across engineering, manufacturing, and IT.

You will lead audits, manage access controls, and deliver mandatory NNPI training for cleared personnel. US citizenship, an active clearance, and proven NNPICO experience are essential.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Active U.S. Secret clearance (or higher) or ability to obtain one.
• Prior NNPICO or Assistant NNPICO experience.
• Deep knowledge of NAVSEA NN-801, OPNAVINST N9210.3, and DoD CUI handling.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent defense industry experience with 5+ years in security/compliance.
• Ability to enforce compliance across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Architect, implement, and maintain the NNPI Security Plan per NAVSEA standards.
• Exercise marking authority for NNPI/NOFORN markings on data and hardware.
• Establish and manage strict access-control protocols based on citizenship and clearance.
• Enforce export controls to prevent NNPI disclosure to unauthorized parties.
• Collaborate with Information Security and IT to meet federal standards (NIST SP 800-171/CMMC Level 2+).
• Lead audits and incident response for compliance inspections.
• Deliver NNPI handling and awareness training for cleared personnel.
