Qualifications

• U.S. Citizen required with active or ability to obtain clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Engineering, Business, or related field; 5+ years in security compliance or classified programs.
• Experience as a designated NNPICO or Assistant NNPICO preferred.
• Deep knowledge of NAVSEA NN-801, OPNAVINST N9210.3, and DOD CUI handling guidelines.
• Ability to enforce compliance across cross-functional teams.
• Proven leadership to independently enforce standards across engineering, exec, and operations.

Responsibilities

• Own the NNPI Protection Program and implement the NNPI Security Plan.
• Mark NNPI/NOFORN markings on all technical data and files.
• Manage access-control protocols and enforce need-to-know rules.
• Prevent NNPI disclosure to foreign nationals or entities per export controls.
• Collaborate with Security and IT to meet NIST 800-171/CMMC 2+ standards.
• Lead audits, incident response, and investigations of infractions.
• Deliver mandatory NNPI handling training for all cleared personnel.
