Accion Opportunity Fund in the Los Angeles area is seeking a NMTC Portfolio & Compliance Associate to monitor projects, collect borrower reporting, and prepare regulatory materials. You will work closely with borrowers, investors, and partners to ensure timely, accurate reporting and compliance across the NMTC program.

You'll manage document control in Salesforce, coordinate with team members, and contribute to continuous process improvements.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience.
• 1–3 years in lending, loan administration, portfolio monitoring, or nonprofit program support.
• Ability to read financial statements and calculate basic ratios.
• Strong Excel skills and data comfort.
• Experience with Salesforce or another CRM.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as main contact for borrowers on reporting requirements.
• Review financial statements and test loan covenants.
• Help prepare and update risk ratings for portfolio projects.
• Review construction draw requests and coordinate with team/partners.
• Prepare and submit investor reports on time.
• Track deadlines in Salesforce and maintain status notes.
• Prepare annual community impact surveys and analyze results.
• Support reporting to the CDFI Fund and coordinate with partners.
• Screen prospective projects and gather project data.
• Assist with NMTC closings and reporting templates.
• Conduct post-closing orientation calls with borrowers.
