Responsibilities

• Focus on NMTC projects delivering required reviews, comments and work product (pre and post-closing financial models/analysis).
• Prepare and review pre- and post-closing financial models and construction draw analyses.
• Manage compliance reporting for client portfolios, incl. annual community impact reporting and borrower certifications.
• Assess project and partnership risk under NMTC provisions, allocation agreements and operating agreements.
• Build and maintain relationships with investors, lenders, developers and other partners; provide strong customer service.
