Job summary

Baker Tilly Advisory Group, LP is seeking an Asset Analyst, Capital Formation in Madison, Wisconsin. You will monitor NMTC portfolios, oversee compliance reporting, and review pre/post-closing financial models and construction budgets.

You will assess risk factors and support community impact reporting for Baker Tilly clients. The role requires a 4-year degree and at least 1 year of experience in asset/portfolio management or real estate finance, with strong IT and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree as a baseline qualification.
• Two years of asset/portfolio management or real estate finance experience preferred.
• Strong IT aptitude with standard office software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor portfolio and ensure compliance reporting for NMTC investments.
• Review pre-closing and post-closing financial models and construction budgets.
• Assess risk factors per Section 45 NMTC provisions and reporting obligations.
• Prepare annual community impact questionnaires and maintain data integrity.
