Qualifications

• 4-year degree from an accredited institution.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in finance or related field.
• Experience with NMTCs or community development financing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-value structured finance consulting to project sponsors.
• Support the structuring of NMTC transactions.
• Prepare executive summaries and marketing materials to source NMTC allocations and investments.
• Coordinate with Community Development Entities, investors, lenders, and other financing partners.
• Develop financial models and analyses.
• Assist with transaction closing and financing documentation.
• Gather and analyze project due diligence materials.
• Support project management throughout the financing process.
