Job summary

Jaewonamerica is seeking an NMP Operator in Kokomo, IN to execute in-house NMP tank loading/unloading and ISO tanker transfers, while supporting equipment readiness, utilities, and tank farm maintenance. The role adheres to SOPs, EHS requirements, OSHA regulations, and site rules to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient transfer operations.

Responsibilities include preparing transfer areas, verifying capacity, connecting and disconnecting lines, operating pumps, and maintaining operational logs.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to safely operate company vehicles and equipment.
• Ability to follow written SOPs, P&IDs, and verbal instructions.
• Strong safety awareness and mechanical aptitude.

Responsibilities

• In-house transfer operations: prepare transfer areas, verify tank capacity, perform loading/unloading for ISO tankers, tanker trucks, drums and IBCs.
• Equipment readiness, utilities & ISO tanker support: maintain equipment, document inspections, coordinate maintenance, perform LOTO, PM patrols.
• Tank farm maintenance & housekeeping: keep perimeter, containment areas, floors clean, identify leaks, maintain control room and field areas.
