Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Valid Security Officer License.
• Previous security, military, or law enforcement experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor; ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.
• CPR/AED certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor entrances and exits during school hours.

• Conduct routine patrols of the campus and grounds.
• Respond promptly to emergencies, disturbances and safety concerns.
• Build positive relationships with students, staff and parents.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for helping maintain a safe and secure environment for students, staff, and visitors while providing a professional and friendly presence throughout the school.

Hours

Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–6:30 PM

Location: Hoboken, NJ

Responsibilities

• Monitor school entrances and exits during school hours.
