Ogletree Deakins, one of the largest law firms in the United States, is seeking an experienced Business Immigration Paralegal in Denver to support a fast‑paced practice.

Under attorney supervision, you will prepare and file visa applications, analyze case facts, draft correspondence, and maintain client documentation while coordinating with multiple attorneys. This role focuses on growth, collaboration, and professional development within a leading immigration team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from a four‑year college or university, or a paralegal certificate from an ABA‑approved program.
  • 2+ years of employment‑based Immigration Paralegal experience required, preferably in a large law firm environment.
  • Knowledge of the NIV processes.
  • Strong writing skills and attention to detail; ability to multitask and work independently toward team goals.
  • Outstanding organizational skills; ability to multitask and work independently toward team goals.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and file visa applications under attorney supervision.
  • Compile and analyze case facts, drafts correspondence, and maintain client documentation.
  • Communicate directly with multiple attorneys to support the immigration practice.

We have one of the largest business immigration practices in the United States; our immigration practice group consists of experienced and dedicated immigration lawyers and paralegals who work with domestic and international corporations and businesses in developing appropriate strategies to facilitate the international transfer of skilled employees.

Our Denver, CO office has an opportunity for an experienced Business Immigration Paralegal to join their fast‑paced business immigration practice! Under attorney supervision, the immigration paralegal is responsible for preparing and filing visa applications. The paralegal compiles and analyzes case facts, drafts correspondence, maintains and organizes client documentation, and communicates directly with multiple attorneys.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from a four‑year college or university, or a paralegal certificate from an ABA‑approved program.
