Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma.
• Associate technical degree preferred.
• 1-3 years' experience in an industrial lab or manufacturing environment.
• Prior rubber, plastic or water-based polymer chemistry experience preferred.
• Experience handling water-based polymer materials and compounding processes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare production batches from detailed formulations and calculate materials per batch.
• Support planning, assembly, preparation, and maintenance of batching systems.
• Mix materials, measure properties (solids, pH, viscosity) as needed.
• Review product requirements for correctness and testability.
• Create internal test plans and protocols for glove product lines.
• Maintain lab safety and 5S standards.
