Responsibilities

• Establish, monitor, and maintain information security standards and procedures based on the NIST framework.
• Support audits, risk assessments, and documentation for external audits and regulatory bodies.
• Perform vendor risk reviews and assess third-party data handling and access controls.
• Lead incident response coordination and remediation efforts.
• Promote security awareness and training across County departments.
