As a Nissan Certified Technician at Crown Motors, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain Nissan vehicles to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction. You will work in a modern service facility equipped with advanced diagnostic tools and technology, providing high-quality service to our valued customers.
Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on Nissan vehicles, including engines, transmissions, electrical systems, and hybrid technologies.
Conduct routine services such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
Use Nissan-specific diagnostic tools and software to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
Provide accurate repair estimates and communicate clearly with service advisors and customers.
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace in accordance with dealership and OSHA regulations.
Stay current with Nissan training and certifications to remain proficient in the latest vehicle technologies.
Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth workflow and exceptional service quality.
Nissan Certified Technician credentials or equivalent ASE certifications required.
At least 2 years of experience as an automotive technician, preferably with Nissan vehicles.
In-depth knowledge of automotive systems, including engines, electrical, and hybrid technologies.
Proficiency with diagnostic tools, including Nissan CONSULT-III Plus or similar systems.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, both independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
Additional ASE certifications or Nissan-specific training (e.g., Electric/Hybrid Systems, GTR).
