Job summary

Valley Nissan-Mitsubishi in Longmont, CO, is seeking an automotive service technician to perform repairs and diagnostics, ensuring quality and adherence to dealership policies. You will work with a team to diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle systems and communicate needed services to customers.

The role requires ASE certification, knowledge of automotive repair, and strong customer service with a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Perform work on the repair order efficiently per dealership policies.
• Test components and systems using diagnostic tools and drive vehicles.
• Oversee team to ensure repairs are understood and executed correctly.
• Diagnose, maintain and repair vehicle systems.
• Inform customers of needed services and complete the online multi-point inspection report.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership policies
• Test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment; test drive vehicles
• Oversee team to make sure all repairs are understood & executed correctly
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems
• Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed. Complete online multi-point inspection report

• ASE certification
• Have knowledge in all aspects of automotive repair and maintenance
