First Automotive Group is seeking a skilled Master Technician to join our service department. You will perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs, ensuring work aligns with manufacturer standards and quality expectations.

The ideal candidate has strong diagnostic abilities and a proven track record in a dealership setting. You will communicate findings clearly to service advisors, provide accurate labor estimates, and maintain thorough repair documentation.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3–5 years of OEM dealership experience required.
  • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
  • Proficiency with automotive diagnostic equipment and repair software.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Strong time management and organizational abilities.
  • Basic computer proficiency and ability to document repairs electronically.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Proven commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
  • Professional attitude, integrity, and a strong desire to succeed.

Responsibilities

  • Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on vehicles according to manufacturer specifications and dealership standards.
  • Accurately diagnose complex mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns using advanced diagnostic equipment and special service tools.
  • Repair and maintain automotive systems including engines, transmissions, steering, suspension, brakes, HVAC, electrical systems, and related components.
  • Conduct road tests and quality control inspections to verify repairs and ensure vehicle safety and performance.
  • Communicate findings and recommended repairs clearly with Service Advisors and management.
  • Provide accurate estimates of labor time and additional repair needs.
  • Complete warranty repairs in compliance with manufacturer requirements.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate repair documentation.
  • Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
  • Contribute to a positive team atmosphere while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
