Role Description

The Automotive Service Advisor provides exceptional customer service, acting as a liaison between customers and the service department. Responsibilities include assisting customers with inquiries, scheduling and managing service appointments, and providing detailed information on vehicle repairs and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers to understand vehicle concerns and gather relevant information.
• Schedule and manage service appointments efficiently.
• Explain repairs and maintenance accurately to customers.
• Estimate repair costs and durations.
• Coordinate with technicians for timely repairs.
• Keep customers informed of their vehicle status.
• Address inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
