Job summary

Binny's in Niles, Ohio is seeking a Part-Time Store Associate to assist customers, keep the store clean, and help maintain productivity while following the Employee Handbook.

You will perform cash register operations, stock shelves, handle shipping and receiving, and learn product knowledge to serve shoppers effectively. The role requires 21+ age, weekend/evening shifts, and consistent attendance; compensation is $17.50–$18.25 per hour with benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age.
• Able to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Able to count cash and make change accurately.
• Able to operate business machines (scanners, computer keyboards, etc.).
• Able to pass any applicable alcohol training class and maintain a current certification card.
• Able to repeatedly lift 40-50 pounds.
• Able to effectively communicate with customers and managers.
• Able to follow directions and complete assignments.
• Able to write legibly.
• Able to read small type.
• Able to stand and/or walk for extended periods of time.
• Able to repeatedly walk up and down stairs.
• Able to work in cold areas.
• Able to work hours as scheduled.
• Consistent and regular attendance.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Part-Time Store Associates $17.50-$18.25 based on experience and availability
