Job summary

Learfield seeks a Social Content Specialist to support the University of Tennessee's athletics program on-site in Knoxville. You will ideate, produce, and deliver original and branded social content in collaboration with school teams, Learfield colleagues, and local sales staff.

You will write, shoot, and sometimes oversee editing, helping to grow fan engagement and drive revenue through social channels. Experience in sports content and Adobe Creative Cloud is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience creating content that drives engagement.
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong collaboration with content creators, partners, and other stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, including presenting concepts to leadership.
• Creative thinker with ideas that support project goals.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create original, branded and NIL content with school teams to engage fans across social channels and generate revenue opportunities for local sales staff.
• Develop custom-branded content for local Learfield property sales teams.
• Create content for platforms including video, animation, graphics, and sponsorable content.
• Serve as a liaison between the athletics department content team, local Learfield sales teams, and national sales.
• Support the creative process from concept to final deliverables, including writing, producing, shooting, and overseeing editing when needed.
• Assist in Learfield-led original content initiatives and on-site shoots at the University.
