Job summary

NSI seeks a Supply Data Analyst to support the PMA 265 Program Office. The role collects, analyzes, and reconciles NIIN-level supply data to aid WSPMs and Navy stakeholders in resolving requisition backlogs and improving readiness.

The successful candidate will extract records from EBS and related portals, develop repeatable data pipelines, and produce NIIN dashboards that show on-hand/on-order quantities, lead times, and backorder status.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in defense supply chain analytics, ERP data analysis, inventory management, or logistics operations.
• Prior DLA Aviation/Naval aviation support preferred.
• Knowledge of demand/supply chain KPIs (Fill Rate, Material Delay, UFO/Backorder Reduction).

Responsibilities

• Extract and stage transactional records from EBS and related portals/data services.
• Develop repeatable data pipelines joining master data and transactions to produce NIIN dashboards.
• Produce NIIN-by-NIIN supply posture summaries showing on-hand/on-order, due-ins/due-outs, and lead times.
